Speedo Southern Zone Sectionals - Results

There has been some great racing at the Speedo Southern Zone Championships this weekend.  Here are Ryan's results so far:


Friday, March 16
Event 8 - 200m free - 1st in 1:49.09.  Narrowly beat Conor Dwyer at 1:49.17.
Event 12 - 100m fly - 1st in 54.12.  Narrowly beat Sebastien Rousseau at 54.17.

Saturday, March 17
Event 18 - 100m back - 2nd in 54.89.  Narrowly beat by Arkady Vyatchanin at 54.79.

    Can't wait to see Ryan perform at his best this year. Probably won't be until Trials though. 200 free is gonna be tough at the Olympics. Yannick Agnel just did a great time at French Trials.

    Thanks for the info about Yannick Agnel's 200 free time...1:44.42 is super fast.

    I think you're right about Ryan not performing his best until trials. He needs a taper to go fast.
