Lisa (lenaorgana), the very nice person who runs the Daily Reezy, posted this video of Ryan swimming in the finals of the 200m back yesterday at the Speedo South Sectionals. Thanks to Lisa for bringing it to our attention and thanks also to the person who recorded the video and posted it on youtube.

The best part about the video? Ryan can go faster. He was swimming hard, and his underwaters were great, but he seemed to slow down before the turns and take them easy.
This video shows how much Ryan won by (almost 12 seconds), which is not to take away from the other swimmers. He is the world record holder in this event after all.
