But the reality is Lochte has been beating Phelps since the 2010 Pan Pacific Championships. He did it in the 200 IM and 200 free at last year's World Championships. He did it in the 400 IM at Olympic trials. And although Phelps beat him in three other events in Omaha, Neb., Lochte insisted he wasn't fully tapered and the real show would come in London. Wow, was he right."
