I still think his groin is hurt, causing his breaststroke to be off. Nevertheless, according to this quote in Sports Illustrated today Ryan said he hurt his knee:
"I tried my hardest," said Lochte, who said he tweaked his knee on Sunday after first injuring it twisting to get something out of the backseat of his car. "It's fun just going out and racing. This meet wasn't one of my greatest."

ok we’re concerned! I really hope it isn’t serious.. but the fact that he did swim leads me to believe that its not as bad as we think. Oye, that boy needs to be in a bubble when he is not in the pool… Our only saving grace is that when he is hurt, he ends up swimming so much better after the fact. #teamlochte #lochte2012
