Ryan told the Morning Swim Show today (don't miss the video in the post below) that he's in the middle of his hard training right now and he's very tired. I don't think we can expect his best times in Austin, but it will be fun to watch him race Michael Phelps, Tyler Clary and others.
The meet will be webcast live on www.usaswimming.org. Prelims begin at 9:30 a.m. CST each day and finals begin at 5:30 p.m. CST.
