Great time for James Goddard in the 200m IM - best time in 2009 by about 2 seconds. He certainly will be a force to contend with at the 2009 Worlds.
The finals in the 200m Back are tonight and Marco Loughran, who trains with Ryan at UF, is seeded first. I really hope he wins.

Wow, what a great time by Ashley Delaney! A new Australian record and his personal best by quite a bit. Second fastest time in the World so far in 2009.

hey its marco...sorry i didnt win my trials but i wasnt tapered but i have another trials coming up in 5 weeks and i'll be ready then :) then i can take down ryan at Worlds cheaaa lol
