200m Back
Ryan swam only one final today, his best event the 200m back. His time was 1:57.99, which was .26 slower than he swam in the Missouri Grand Prix, but nevertheless the 7th fastest time in the world in 2009.
Ryan won the event by nearly 12 seconds so he did not have anyone pushing him at all. I think it's a good result.
