Hi! I'm not an Amerian, so i can't grasp some phrases in the interview. Can you please help me?:)
1)What does Ryan say from 0:21 sec to words "in this summer is definitely gonna be"?
2)what's the word at 0:29 sec: "winning" or "meaning" (up to one)?
3)what does Ryan say at 0:55 sec after words "I just remember watching" until words "national anthem was being played"?
4)what is from 1:04 sec to 1:08?
5)what does Ryan say from 1:12 to 1:14 (before "stuff like that")?
6)what does Ryan say from 1:31 to 1:35?
7)what the word is at 1:41 sec ("a real ... of actually doing this")
8)what is the word at 2:25 sec? ("It's like just trying to reach the ....")?
9)What the interviewer asks Ryan from 2:54 to 2:58?
10)what does Ryan say from 2:59 to 3:01 (before "like have fun")?
Thanks! Believe you can help me:)

1 - "This summer is definitely going to be a good summer for me and leading up to London."

2 - "...and leading up to London." Ryan was saying he's in the best shape of his life right now, and it's going to help him this summer and leading up to the 2012 Olympics in London.

3 - "I remember a couple of athletes getting their gold medal, they have their hand across their heart and the national anthem is being played." He's referring to seeing U.S. athletes who won gold medals on the medal stand with their hands on their hearts while the U.S. national anthem is played.

4 - "That's when my dream really started." Ryan is talking about watching the Olympics when he was a kid and seeing other Americans win gold medals. That motivated him to think he could win a gold medal.

5 - "Throwing rocks, egging houses, stuff like that." Ryan is talking about fun things he did as a kid rather than just swimming all of the time.

6 - "I got a full ride scholarship to University of Florida." This means Ryan swam for University of Florida in college, and they paid for his college tuition and gave him money for a place to live and food. That's a "full ride" scholarship.

7 - "I have a real shot at actually doing this." I think Ryan is saying that when he started swimming in college he first realized he had a chance to make the Olympic team and win a gold medal.

8 - "It's like just trying to reach the ultimate goal."

9 - "If you had to say one thing to other swimmers, other competitive athletes [what would it be]?"

10 - "To make the most out of it, like to have fun."

Hope that helps! If there's still something you do not understand let me know.
